Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RacketBuddies app and website (the "Service"), operated by Caribou Games ("Caribou Games," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
2. Using the Service
- Use the Service to organize and join racket-sports games in good faith.
- Don't harass other players, post unlawful or harmful content, or misuse club or member information.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
3. Games, clubs & conduct
RacketBuddies helps players and clubs coordinate games; we are not responsible for what happens at games, for court bookings made outside the Service, or for the conduct of players. Always play safely and follow your club's and venue's rules.
4. Club subscriptions & payments
Clubs may purchase paid subscriptions. Fees, billing periods, and features are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and access continues through the current billing period. Taxes may apply.
5. Content you provide
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you post.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the RacketBuddies name, logo, and software, is owned by Caribou Games and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caribou Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
