Is RacketBuddies free?
Yes — the player app is free, forever, on iOS and the web. Clubs can subscribe to unlock roster, tournaments, integrations, and branding.
Which sports does it support?
Tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, and platform tennis — with more on the way.
Do you book courts for me?
Court booking happens at your club or venue. RacketBuddies organizes the game and players; for clubs on Club Pro, we can integrate with your court-booking system so games and reservations stay in sync.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app under Profile → settings, or email privacy@racketbuddies.org and we'll take care of it.
How do invites and reminders work?
When you're invited to a game or group, it appears under "Needs your attention." We send reminders before your matches so you never miss one. You can manage notifications in your device settings.
How does my club get started?
Email clubs@racketbuddies.org and we'll help you set up your roster, branding, and first ladders or tournaments.
